Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
Facilities at Weave Suites– Hillside include a health club, yoga center, outdoor balconies, and open-concept receptions. There are even co-working spots, private meeting rooms, and entertainment rooms finished with a games room, karaoke studio, and a theatrette.
The property is Weave Living’s initial pet-friendly location in Singapore and delivers services on-site including a resort-style pool, gym, barbeque pit, and a family-friendly park.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has 3 properties in Singapore. Its initial is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, that opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had collectively acquired the real estate, formerly referred to as Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
Weave Suites – Hillside is set to debut in March with beginning prices from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.
The residential or commercial property was formerly referred to as Citadines Mount Sophia. A mutual venture consisting of Weave Living and global asset supervisor Blackrock purchased the property in February last year for $148 million.
The building lies close to Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stops, giving connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
The property is located inside 10 minutes’ walk of Marine Parade MRT Terminal on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also near to recreational and lifestyle hubs such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
Rental accommodation provider Weave Living has launched 2 new front runner buildings in Singapore, placed in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual launch becomes part of its continued development in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific place.
Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Roadway, makes up 93 self-contained houses, varying from studios to two-bedroom houses and penthouses with personal pools. The residences, which are open for reservation, have a starting off cost of $3,700 per month, with a least possible six-month stay.
On The Other Hand, Weave Suites – Hillside is located on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites ranging from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.
